Excelente quarto single com muito boa área de espaço interior, excelente iluminação natural, com janela de sacada no quarto para a parte da frente do prédio e varanda individual privada. Existem duas casas de banho completas para partilhar por 3 quartos individuais. Existe ainda outro quarto duplo, com casa de banho privada. O valor da renda inclui já 60 para despesas com água, eletricidade, gás, internet e TV. Caso a despesa seja superior, o excesso será dividida por todos os residentes.
