Location that allows you to be in the lively Jardim do Principe Real, Praça das Flores or Bairro Alto in a five-minute walk. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine and all the necessary equipment for a living room, in addition to being furnished, offers a bioethanol fireplace. The room, although spacious, has no window onto the street. Very central area, currently in the same street there are some works in progress.
