Each unit is equipped with a double bed, desk, sofa, fridge, and microwave – everything you need for a hassle-free living experience. The rent includes €125 for water, electricity, and internet expenses. This studio is ideal for a single person (with the option for two, to be discussed). We welcome students and young professionals aged between 17 and 30 years old. The interiors feature modern, minimalist IKEA furniture, including a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair. The bed is generously sized at 120x190 cm. Enjoy fast MEO internet with a choice of 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps speed, ensuring you stay connected with ease. A minimum stay commitment of 6 months is required with a temporary accommodation contract. Shorter stays may be considered upon request. A security deposit of 2 months' rent is required, refundable upon key return.
