In addition to being close to iconic neighborhoods, the apartment - which also has a concierge - features a modern and charming decor, as well as a comfortable feel, ensuring a peaceful and well-provided stay. Another advantage of the property, which any student will appreciate, is the proximity to different schools and universities, such as the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and the valued Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa. In addition, you can quickly reach the University City thanks to the nearby metro. In short, if you are thirsty for knowledge and the desire of a modern explorer, then this student accommodation is what you are looking for! The apartment consists of six bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two common bathrooms. It is important to know that, in addition to the weekly cleaning of the common areas, there is a biweekly cleaning of the rooms with a change of sheets. As a resident, you will be directly responsible for the actions of any guest you bring to the property and, as such, you will be responsible for any damage that may occur. Visitors are welcome during the day or night, but cannot stay overnight. If you want to have a direct relative sleep in your room, you need to ask the Apartment Supervisor for permission. If the stay is allowed, it will cost 5 per night. Check-ins must be made between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
