About this apartment
Landlord will not ask for admin fee in bookings with stay ONLY in July and August. Price of the rent will vary from September onwards - please ask to the landlord for confirmation on the price. If you're coming to complete your studies in Madrid - and wish to have the best experience of the city surrounded by your peers - then, definitely this apartment in the Opera area is for you!\r\nModernly equipped with everything to make you feel like you never left home, the flat presents a very welcoming atmosphere for students, as it features a total of eleven comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, a WC, a kitchen and a living room. You'll be in a great location, with the Callao metro station just a few minutes away and not far from Ciudad Universitaria! This is the ideal place to kick off this new experience!\r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old.
Bed linen and towels are NOT included. the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.

I loved the location and my room was amazing. The main issues were with the maintenance problems we had. The cleaning lady hardly came. The wifi was always having problems and the sink always clogged.
