About this house

Alquiler de habitaciones a ESTUDIANTES preferiblemente de postgrado o mayores de 23 años Casa de 180 metros cuadrados, ocho habitaciones, tres cuartos de baño completos, zona de lavandería con dos lavadoras. Frigorífico muy grande, congelador independiente, lavavajillas, zonas comunes con dos terrazas grandes de impresionantes vistas a la Sierra de Madrid. En tres espacios diáfanos se encuentra la cocina americana con mesa para seis personas, librería, alacena y juegos. El Salón con amplio y cómodo sofá. La casa está recién reformada, hemos puesto mimo en la decoración alternando estilo industrial con estilo vintage, usando elementos nuevos y antiguedades que hemos restaurado. La casa dispone de calefacción central de gas natural. Es un espacio muy agradable para compartir, disfrutar y respetar. LGTBI friendly, vegan friendly. Considera que se pagan 40 mensuales de gastos de consumos.
