About this apartment

Nice single bedroom in a shared apartment in the district of Carabanchel, completely renovated. It has thermal insulation in ceilings, walls and windows, parquet flooring, air conditioning and heating duct. LED lighting throughout the house and very bright. Exterior apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator, well located near stores, supermarkets, sports center and bus stop next to the door, numbers 34, 35, 17, n17, n16. 3 minutes away from the metro station Eugenia Montijo and Carabamchel, and 15 minutes by bus or metro from the city center. All expenses included minus an extra 10 euros charged monthly for shared cleaning and hygiene items. Occasional guests are allowed at an extra cost of 10 euros per night and per person.
