About this apartment

The property is on the 4th floor without an elevator, 2 minutes from Renfe's ASSEMBLY INTERVIEW and about 15 minutes from the Portazgo stop on line 1. Note: Extra guests are not allowed to stay overnight or parties. Cleaning of common areas is not included. We only accept students with UNIVERSITY or ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS. The apartment has electric heating and fans. In total there is a bathroom. We are looking for a girl or boy who is clean and responsible. Maximum age to be accepted: 32 years old. Landlord supports City Hall registration on the property if you book at least 6 months.
