About this house

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a bed, and a desk. All rooms have a private bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. The building works with smart locks with a digital key that also grants access to the house and common facilities. Our standard rooms coolroom types 2, 3, 4 and 5 have individual equipment such as a mini-bar fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave inside the same room. We also offer entertainment areas such as TV with Netflix, organic garden and terrace with barbecue for the use and enjoyment of our tenants. The allowed age range is 23 to 39 years old.
