The tenants share an apartment with the landlord but share common areas such as the bathroom and kitchen, where they have space to store their food and a fridge to store their things, and it is fully equipped. Includes: sheets, towels, duvet. NOTES: Cleaning is mandatory once a week and for cleaning products, the expenses are shared divided between the inhabitants of the apartment. The tenant buys their food and items for personal use. Around the flat there are plenty of places to shop.
