“Welcome to the Coliving Experience On the 2nd floor, a common Coliving area has been created to promote interaction and community among residents. This area is equipped with a 60-inch television so you can enjoy your favorite programs or organize movie nights with your neighbors. The comfortable sofas invite you to relax, while the work space allows you to stay productive even outside your apartment. Going up to the third floor, you will find our common laundry room. Here, you can conveniently wash your clothes using coins. This shared service makes washing easier and encourages a sense of community among residents.” “Welcome to the Coliving Experience NOTE: Consumption costs 80 euros for 1 person, 120 euros for two people. 30 euros of weekly cleaning optional. The cleaning that is included is biweekly but only in the common areas of Coliving (not inside the apartments). The landlord will ask you to pay the security deposit and the administration fee before check-in.
