Moved out in June 2018 · 20 to 29 years · InternshipThe location was perfect! Beautiful neighborhood. The entrance was very impressive. However our appartment is very old and not very well-maintained. The walls are very thin as well and not soundproof at all. My bed was quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The matress was very lumpy and the frame was not sturdy. I do feel like I paid too much for the state of my living arrangements.

Moved out in July 2018 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateSpacious and confortable, but there is no lock, the pictures do not correspond to the actual room, there is no curtains, no sound/wind isolation (very poor windows). There is no living room so interactions with roomates are quite poor

Moved out in September 2017 · 20 to 29 years · ProfessionalI had some problems with a booking at first. So I contacted uniplaces and host, too. They should make more clear for the rules for staying for couples. We were a couple and after a lot of hassle we got a room with original price. Room is tiny but location is unbeatable. We loved there and left with sadness. Pillows and blankets could be changed to a little better ones as they are really uncomfortable. There is no landlord but an agency which you have to pass by for collecting keys and giving them back. For getting deposit back expect to get several weeks later as they don't want to give you immediately.
