The flat has 7 spacious rooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. Here you will find all the amenities you need, from Wi-Fi access and a lounge to relax on the couch, to a bright and large kitchen equipped with everything you need:\r\n\r\n- 2 Fridges \r\n- Vitroceramic\r\n- Oven\r\n- Microwave \r\n- Washing machine \r\n- TV \r\n\r\n The District of Russafa has grown and become very popular in recent years. It's a beautiful neighborhood where bohemian and modernism mix. The streets are wide and its layout is ordered. Stately buildings and palaces, as well as plenty of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the District of Russafa. In this neighbourhood you will always find a good environment to meet people and enjoy the charms of the city of Valencia. -The area is well connected by public transport having the Colon metro station 10 minutes away, which connects you to the lines 3, 5, 7 and 9 of the Valencia metro network. \r\n-The bus can also connect you with the entire city. There is a bus stop right next to the flat where you can get line 13, and a couple of minutes away, there are also more stops where you can get line 19, 25, 40 and 95.\r\n- One of the advantages of living in Valencia is that you have the option of cycling by Valenbisi. For a minimum amount per year (30€) you have the option to cycling around Valencia with an ecological and healthy challenge available 24 hours 365 days in a year. It’s easy to use: log in with your Valenbisi target in one of the more than 275 parking bikes, take one and move around the city freely. When you arrive to the destiny, you will find one parking near, and the only thing you have to do is park the bike and enjoy the city!\r\n -Market of Colon: an avant-garde meeting point for all of those who like great food and to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the city. Bed linen and towels are NOT included. the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in. THIS BUILDING IS UNDERGOING WORKS ON THE EXTERIOR FECADE THAT WILL LAST UNTIL MARCH 2026.
