About this apartment
3 bedrooms apartment, 2 of which are with double bed and give on the balcony, they are for 1 person and the last one is an en-suite bedroom for 2 people or couple. There is a shared bathroom with WC separated. The 3rd bedroom en-suite has a private living room and and private bathroom with WC. The kitchen is the only room shared by all the tenants. The washing machine is in the shared bathroom. The apartment is a 5th floor without lift, is an area with all commodities, supermarket in front of the building, chemistry, bakery, bank nearby. The tramway line 2, stop Garbi is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, it goes directly to the University and the beaches. At the same stop, there is a bus going directly to the historic center. Less than 10 minutes walk, there is also Metro Line 1, stop Beniferri, that goes to the Northern Universities Paterna etc. Several public bikes Valenbisi nearby.
