Parada de metro en la misma calle a escasos metros del edificio. No se permite fumar ni la tenencia de animales. Se requiere documentación que acredite los estudios universitarios a realizar, garante, o el contrato de docente, en las fechas requeridas de hospedaje. Firmamos contrato. Fianza/depósito de una mensualidad reembolsable al finalizar la estancia y comprobación de consumos reales en suministros. Los suministros de gas, luz, agua y wifi tienen unos gastos mensuales estimativos de 60 euros por persona. Se abonará un pago único de 150 euros en concepto de gastos administrativos a la firma del contrato. Depósito de 100 euros en ropa. EL loft independiente, comparte la lavadora ubicada en cocina principal la cual es de uso exclusivo de las habitaciones.
