Con cuatro cómodas habitaciones, una cocina bien equipada donde preparar y cocinar las comidas más deliciosas, un baño completo y un aseo independiente, Internet Wi-Fi, ascensor y portero físico, exterior, con balcones y hermosas vistas a la amplia avenida, calle Marina. La limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes requiere el pago de 25 euros al mes. Se solicitará una fianza mensual de 25 euros como garantía en caso de superar el consumo máximo de suministros. En caso de ser necesario, el empadronamiento tiene un coste adicional de 50 euros.

The location is perfect but I had reconstruction of balcony most of time that I stayed so it was quite big minus for money what I paid, but it’s not fault of landlord .
