搬出时间 八月 2018 · 30 到 39 岁 · 研究生Room is spacious but hard to make cleaning. Common areas are always dirty because the roommates lived there are lazy and always make things mess. The place locates in the centre of Barcelona, it is convenient to access every place you want to be. The furniture is normal and not comfortable, and the heater will be additionally charged a lot by landlord!!!! BE CARE!!!!! The rent here is a little expensive.

The only thing I missed in the house was an actual living room in order to get to know my flatmates better. The location is excellent, close to for example the neighbourhood el born and plaza catalunya. All kinds of public transport are around. Although I still think this room is quite expensive, so are most rooms in Barcelona. There is not an actual door in the room but a sliding one.
