In the day area you will find a bright and spacious living room with access to a terrace overlooking Buenaventura Muñoz and Marina streets. The kitchen is independent and modern, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and closet. The master bedroom is en-suite and has access to the terrace. The apartment has air conditioning and heating by hot and cold pump. The neighbourhood. The apartment is located in Buenaventura Muñoz street, this is a quiet and residential area of Barcelona. In the surroundings you will find a variety of restaurants and bars that fill the area with life.
