Spectacular apartment with sea views located in Alella with capacity for 5 people. This new build apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with double bed and a single room. One of the rooms is a suite with a fully bathroom. The other two rooms share a fully equipped bathroom with shower. It has a pleasant and comfortable living room with an open kitchen and large windows that give access to a magnificent and sunny terrace with stunning sea views, which has a dining area and chill out area. The apartment is equipped to the last detail to make you ONAL INFORMATION -Minimum stay of 6 months. -THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 2 months rent -The utilities water, electricity, gas, Internet ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 350/month is payable by the tenant. - Final cleaning: 110 euros. Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed
