In addition to being in a very attractive and comfortable apartment, you'll be in an iconic neighborhood, the apartment - which also has a concierge - features a modern and charming decor, as well as a comfortable feel, ensuring a peaceful and well-provided stay. Another advantage of the property, which any student will appreciate, is the proximity to different schools and universities, such as the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and the valued Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa. In addition, you can quickly reach the University City in a short time thanks to the nearby metro. The apartment consists of six bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two common bathrooms. It is important that you know that, in addition to the weekly cleaning of the common areas, there is a biweekly cleaning of rooms with sheets. As a resident, you are directly responsible for the actions of any guest you bring to the property, and as such, you will be responsible for any damage that may occur. Guests are welcome during the day or evening, but cannot stay overnight. If you want to have a direct relative sleeping in your room, you need to ask the Apartment Supervisor for permission. If the stay is allowed, it will cost 5 per night. Check-ins must be made between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
