Malveira da Serra is 1 km away and is well-served with restaurants, supermarkets, and other local shops. Azóia is 5 km away, and the famous Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, is 7 km away.The house is situated atop the hill, in a very quiet area, with a marvelous view that allows you to enjoy unique moments of tranquility and leisure.With an entirely private outdoor space of 800m2, including a slide and swings for children, and a barbecue area for fantastic outdoor meals. The garden is a true paradise with beautiful corners, stunning plants and flowers, and a breathtaking view. It is the ideal place to relax, play with family, read a good book, have a drink, and enjoy a meal outdoors.You are allowed to bring your dog, as there is a kennel at the back of the house.The entire house is prepared for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. In the garden, there is a ramp for access to the house, and inside the house, there is an elevator for access to the upper floor.Despite having protections, caution is advised in the circulation of outdoor areas and attention to children. The house has a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your meals, a living room, a complete bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed on the lower floor, and another bedroom with two single beds on the upper floor.The entire house has air conditioning for your comfort, wireless Wi-Fi, and there is a TV with international channels.From the windows, you can contemplate the wild beauty of Guincho beach and the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean.
